Yes, our candles are 100% natural soy wax based.

We offer two types of wicks depending on the model. On most of our models we offer a pre-waxed smokeless wick. The other one used is a natural cotton candle wick.

We decided to work with soy wax for various different reasons. First off, we love how it is environmentally friendly and made out of renewable resources. Soy wax also offers a longer burning time and does not emit toxic fumes neither for yourself or your pets. It will keep you and your home environment safe.

The burning time will depend on the candle style you purchase. The bubble candle for example burns for 7 + hours. For safety reasons, we do recommend you only burn your candle for about 4 hours at a time. 

To purchase a candle, simply go to shop and add your favourite candles to your cart. From there, follow the instructions

If you choose to pick up your order, you can do so at our two locations in Downtown Toronto located in the Queen Street West area. Please email us for specific location details. 

Delivery is available within the GTA at an extra cost.

Yes, we ship worldwide at an extra fee!

Depending on your location, the order takes about 5-7 business days to arrive. Please allow us 1-2 days to dispatch the order.

Unfortunately this can not be done. If the first order was placed within the first 24 hours, the initial order can be canceled and replaced with the missing items.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at chubbies.candles@gmail.com . Cancelations can only be done 24 hours after the purchase was made.

We offer returns and exchanges. To do so, the item must be returned in its original condition. The return shipping fees must also be covered by the customer. Please email us at chubbies.candles@gmail.com to do a return.
